The Health and Care Administration is now seeking an operations manager for home care.

The goal of home care is to enable individuals in regular housing to feel secure and to ensure that their individual needs are met in a quality-assured manner. In the role of operations manager, you will act as a team leader where your primary task is to ensure that our clients receive their approved services, together with the unit manager, group leader colleagues, and employees. You will serve as an administrative support function for the manager and as a sounding board for employees in their daily work, as well as solving and prioritizing among the problems and challenges that arise. You will, among other things, work with scheduling, onboarding new employees, and purchasing and invoice management.

We are looking for a licensed nursing assistant with work experience in health and care work. We would like you to have leadership experience and experience with administrative tasks such as scheduling and planning. To fulfill the role of operations manager, you are required to have a B driver's license, as home care is provided throughout the municipality and you may need to support employees in their daily work. We see that you have a good ability to collaborate with others and have a service-oriented approach. You also have a good ability to work independently and to plan and organize your work.
