We have been working with AI and machine learning for several years, helping companies work smarter and make more data-driven decisions. Our teams drive various innovation projects within AI, assisting our clients in shaping strategies and roadmaps, developing Proof of Concepts, prototypes, and custom solutions, as well as designing, developing, and training AI models. We value continuously sharing our experience and expertise with clients, networks, and partners, and regularly hold inspirational lectures and training sessions, both internally and externally.

What you will contribute

You are curious, communicative, and attentive, and can act as a trusted advisor to both clients and colleagues. You are used to working broadly and naturally team up with colleagues and clients to find smart and innovative solutions. In addition, we also see that you have:

• Relevant university education in computer science, engineering physics/mathematics, statistics, or similar
• Previous work experience in a similar role
• Good skills in Python and SQL
• Experience with relevant libraries such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, Numpy, Scipy, Matplotlib, Pandas, or Scikit-learn
• Knowledge of statistical models and data/flow management
• Experience working with data in cloud environments such as Azure, AWS, or GCP

It is also advantageous if you have experience in areas such as:

• Image analysis/computer vision, e.g., working with neural networks for image classification, segmentation, or similar
• R, FastAPI, Flask, Express, Docker, Kubernetes, Git
• Visualization tools such as Power BI, Qlik, or Tableau
• The industry or energy sector

At Softhouse, we are about 300 employees spread across 10 offices. In Malmö, you will find us in Slagthuset, a stone's throw from the central station, where we are around 50 colleagues. We have been developing software since 1996, and together we ensure to create solutions that meet our clients' needs and exceed their expectations - we deliver world-class services and software.
