Work on your own terms with a higher salary!

There are two different ways to work when you are employed as a teacher with us. The first option means that you have complete control over your own working hours, where you indicate your availability in our app on the days you want to work. This allows you to be booked for various daily assignments at different schools on different days. This gives you a unique opportunity to try working at various workplaces through us before you choose where you feel most comfortable. It is also perfectly fine to combine this option with, for example, studies or other jobs if you are primarily interested in working extra for a higher salary at times that suit you.

The second option means that you express interest to us for a longer assignment, such as a year-long or term assignment. We receive many inquiries continuously that vary in both degree of service and assignment duration. Through these two different options to work with us, you will always receive an assignment that suits you - regardless of how you prefer to work. It is also perfectly fine to alternate between which of the two options you prefer. Many who work with us choose, for example, to work on a full-time schedule for certain parts of the year and then work less during other parts of the year. With us, you have the freedom to choose for yourself and a greater opportunity to prioritize your private life during the periods that are most important to you - we are attentive as an employer and do everything we can to ensure our employees thrive with us over the long term!
