About the position

As an Operations Manager, you will be responsible for the daily operations and development of the operational activities within vehicle transport in the Gothenburg region. You will lead a team of dedicated employees and ensure that service maintains the highest quality, focusing on quick and safe interventions for customers in need of vehicle-related assistance. The role involves both strategic and operational responsibilities, acting as the link between operations, employees, and customers.

Responsibilities

• Personnel management: Scheduling, coaching, and development of employees within roadside assistance and customer service.
• Operational reliability: Ensure that all interventions are carried out efficiently, safely, and according to the company's processes and quality standards.
• Customer responsibility: Maintain and develop good relationships with customers and partners.
• Result and budget responsibility for operations within the Gothenburg area.
• Reporting and follow-up of key figures regarding work environment, safety, and customer satisfaction.
• Implement routines and improvement initiatives for increased efficiency and quality.

Qualifications and requirements

• Experience in a leadership role, preferably within vehicles, earthworks, logistics, rental cars, or related industries.
• Good administrative skills and experience in scheduling and personnel planning.
• Good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written.
• C driver's license is a plus but not a requirement.
• Experience working with a results-oriented approach.
