Your Responsibilities

We are now looking for dedicated carpenters for wooden house production for our client in Vrigstad. You will enter an expansive and value-driven environment, where you will play an important role in the company's future development. Typical tasks may include manufacturing wall elements, building frames, drywall installation, insulation, and installing windows and doors. All work is done according to drawings, and you will work in teams on different production lines.

You should have an understanding of the material wood, and we prefer that you have worked with some type of carpentry or other practical work before. You will work from drawings where holes and pipe layouts are marked. In this role, you will work carefully but with pace.

The working hours are weekdays during the day. In this role, you will be offered employment with DFDS Professionals and be hired out to our client. For the right person, there are good opportunities for direct employment with our client.

About You

You who are applying have documented experience of at least three years in a similar role and a basic safety mindset in all work. You are curious, positive, and flexible, and take responsibility for ensuring that the work is performed safely, with the right quality and on time. Precision and pace go hand in hand in your work, but most importantly, the result must be flawless.

You collaborate well with others and have a strong team spirit, while also being able to work independently when needed. Social skills and a good attitude towards colleagues and other people are important to us. You can read instructions and communicate fluently in Swedish. Experience in reading drawings is an advantage.

Swedish in speech and writing is a requirement.
