ROLE OBJECTIVE: As a Content Moderator, you play a key role in shaping social media by ensuring that all posts comply with the applicable community standards. Together with 12 other markets, our established team of Swedish speakers in Berlin's vibrant city is here to ensure that our partner's social media platform remains a pleasant place for all users. AS A CONTENT MODERATOR, YOU WILL:
- Evaluate user reports that flag inappropriate or offensive posts according to our client's policies and guidelines.
- Review, block, and remove content that violates our client's community standards.
- Strive to always deliver high accuracy and quality.
- Directly contribute to reducing hate, racism, bullying, cybercrime, and the spread of misinformation online.

- Monthly salary of 2583 (based on 40 hours per week) + an individual performance-based monthly bonus of up to 150.
- 40% shift premium for hours worked on Sundays and holidays.
- 50% shift premium for night work (22:00–06:30).

PREFERABLY, YOU HAVE:
- Excellent command of Swedish and English – no German required!
- Good awareness of cultural and political issues, important social issues, and popular trends in the market/region you will support.
- An open mind for changing priorities and business processes.
- A willingness to work in a team-driven, international, fast-paced work environment where different cultures, nationalities, and languages are embraced.
- Ability to work in rotating shifts (24/7).
- EU citizenship or a valid work permit for Germany.
- A clean criminal record to be presented before employment.
