What You'll Be Doing

Provide first-class phone, email, and chat support to Apple’s small and medium-sized business clients
Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues with care and efficiency
Work in a dynamic and international environment alongside passionate and supportive colleagues
Be part of a brand that values innovation, excellence, and user experience

What We're Looking For

Fluency in Danish (spoken and written)
Good command of English (minimum B1 level)
Excellent communication, multitasking, and problem-solving skills
Logical thinking and strong analytical skills
Valid high school diploma and a clean criminal record

Salary & Benefits

With free accommodation: approx. 1,300/month gross
Without accommodation: approx. 1,550/month gross
Bonus: Up to 200/month based on performance
Additional 300/month if you opt for no company housing
