What Does the Role Entail?

As part of our Swedish customer service team, you will be an important point of contact for our customers and contribute to a smooth and professional experience every day. Your responsibilities include:

• Assisting customers via phone and email with various inquiries and issues
• Providing clear, accurate, and helpful information with a high level of service
• Taking responsibility for the customer's case from start to finish
• Building good customer relationships with a friendly, engaged, and professional approach
• Aiming to meet and exceed set goals for quality and efficiency
• Contributing to a positive team spirit and providing feedback to management

Is This You?

We are looking for someone who:

• Has Swedish as their native language or a very high level of proficiency (C2)
• Has good knowledge of English, both spoken and written (at least B2 level)
• Enjoys communicating and has a solution-oriented approach
• Is meticulous, curious, and willing to learn new things
• Is an EU citizen or has a valid work permit for Greece
