Property Technician Wanted for Upcoming Assignment

We are currently looking for a property technician for our client in Stockholm. As a property technician, you will work closely with the company's clients on varied and challenging tasks within supervision, maintenance, troubleshooting, and upkeep of the property's technical systems. You play a key role in ensuring optimal operation and implementing improvements where needed.

Main Responsibilities:

• Daily supervision and maintenance of heating, ventilation systems, and other technical installations.
• Troubleshooting and repair of appliances and technical facilities.
• Energy and operational optimization of building installations (ventilation, heating, cooling, control, and monitoring systems).
• Addressing operational disturbances and service requests to minimize impact on tenants and properties.
• Participation in regulatory inspections and implementation of actions as a result of these.
• Some on-call duty may be required.

Qualifications:

• Technical high school education or equivalent
• Experience in operation and maintenance of properties, with several years of work experience
• Good technical skills and familiarity with digital tools (computers, smart devices, Excel, etc.)
• Driving license B is required

Meritorious:

• Knowledge in electrical and plumbing systems
• Experience with cooling and heating systems
