About the Position

As a Sales Leader for Fruits & Vegetables, you will be responsible for developing and driving the department forward. The role is both strategic and operational – you will work closely with the sales manager and colleagues to achieve goals related to sales, margins, and waste. You will ensure that the department is always inspiring, well-stocked, and maintains the highest quality.

Responsibilities

• Be responsible for the operation and profitability of the fruits & vegetables department

• Monitor budget, margins, and waste

• Plan, execute, and evaluate campaigns and activities

• Manage orders, restocking, inventory, and date checks

• Ensure order, structure, and attractive product presentation

• Lead, introduce, and coach employees in the department

• Participate in daily meetings and contribute to the overall store

About You

We are looking for an inspiring leader with a strong interest in food and fresh produce. You are business-oriented, results-driven, and have experience in a similar role or as a deputy manager in a larger store. You thrive in a social role with many points of contact and are used to working systematically with key figures and sales results.

Requirements for the Position

• Experience in a similar role in a store or as a deputy manager

• Good understanding of store economics

• Knowledge and interest in the fruits and vegetables range

• Good computer skills

Meritorious: Experience in leadership or sales leadership roles

About the Employment

The position is a full-time position (38 hours/week) with varying working hours on weekdays and weekends according to schedule. Start date is immediate or as agreed. Salary according to agreement. Submit your application today – selection is ongoing!
