About the role:

As a field salesperson, you are an important part of our sales team.

You work in the field, primarily in residential areas around Stockholm. Your task is to make first contact with homeowners in a professional and friendly manner and offer them a free roof and facade inspection.

When the customer shows interest, you book an appointment directly in the calendar for one of our inspectors. You do not sell on-site – you open the door to the next step in the customer journey.

Responsibilities

  • Go out in teams and visit residential areas around Stockholm.
  • Present HK Entreprenad's offerings in a trustworthy manner.
  • Work towards clear daily and weekly goals.
  • Collaborate closely with team leaders and field salespeople for the best results.

We are looking for someone who.

  • Is social, proactive, and unafraid to talk to people.

  • Has good Swedish skills in both spoken and written form.
  • Is at least 18 years old and available for full-time work.

Experience in sales, events, or customer contact is a plus but not a requirement – we will train you from the ground up.
