About the role

As a Regional Key Account Manager, you will have a central and significant role where you build strong relationships and create solutions that make a difference. You work closely with our customers to understand their needs and develop tailored offerings that provide security and long-term value.

In your daily work, you combine strategy with practical tasks – you identify new business opportunities, negotiate contracts, and drive projects that strengthen both our customers and our market position. You are the primary contact for the customer and collaborate with internal teams to deliver high quality and create partnerships that last over time.

This is a role for you who enjoys building relationships, creating trust, and at the same time working goal-oriented. You will have the opportunity to influence, develop, and see concrete results from your work – in an environment characterized by collaboration, care, and responsibility.

Your responsibilities

In the role of Regional Key Account Manager, you will have the opportunity to work closely with our customers and create solutions that make a difference. You will drive the sales efforts forward by setting clear goals and following up on results, while also building long-term relationships that create security and value.

You will work systematically to develop customer plans and implement our sales strategy, but also creatively by identifying new business opportunities and developing collaborations. The role involves preparing and delivering professional presentations, negotiating contracts, and ensuring that each customer receives a solution that fits their needs.

To create order and transparency, you document your activities in our CRM system and follow up regularly. This is a role where you can combine business acumen with relationship building – and where your work truly makes a difference for both customers and colleagues.

We are looking for you who

We believe you have experience working with complex B2B sales and Key Account Management and that you enjoy building long-term relationships. You are strategic and goal-oriented, but also attentive and good at creating trust with customers and colleagues.

You have a good understanding of business development and profitability analysis and enjoy seeing the big picture – from idea to finished solution. The role suits you who are used to working independently but also appreciate collaboration and driving projects together with others.

About the employment

The position is a permanent employment with a start date according to agreement, beginning with a six-month probation period. Working hours are Monday to Friday. The work is based at our office in Stockholm, with the possibility of remote work.
