We are now looking for a Controller for our Finance team who wants to contribute to our work and develop our Finance function. New contracts and strong growth mean that we need to strengthen the department to ensure high quality in reporting and financial management.

Controller at our company:

You will be part of the Finance team, which currently consists of 4 employees. As a Controller, you will independently take responsibility for closing accounts, reporting, and become a natural part of a close-knit team where you work closely with other colleagues. The role also involves being a support for managers and project leaders in follow-up and forecasting work. In the role of Controller, you will:

• work with and be the coordinator for monthly closings  
• handle reporting to our parent company Saab
• prepare annual closings and together with the accounting manager produce the annual report 
• work with follow-up and analysis of line economics and be a support to managers in the budgeting and forecasting process
• work with project controlling.

In this role, you combine responsibility for closing accounts and reporting with an active focus on developing and improving our working methods. You will be an important part of the joint effort to build and streamline the Finance function in a growing organization – something you thrive on and are driven by.

To succeed in this role, we see that you have a university degree and relevant work experience in accounting, auditing, or controller work. Experience from production and project-driven operations is an advantage.

The position requires proficiency in both English and Swedish, both spoken and written, as well as good knowledge of Excel.
