What does the job as a personal assistant entail?

As a personal assistant, you work with a person with a disability. You help with the everyday tasks that many take for granted, such as dressing, taking care of the home, personal hygiene, and participating in leisure activities. You make a significant difference and help another person's daily life function.

We have clients of different ages and with various disabilities. Your workplace is wherever the client is, and the job is both varied and eventful. Contributing every day to allow a person to live their life as they wish is, in our opinion, the most important job in the world.

Who are we looking for?

We are looking for someone who is committed, respectful, and attentive. We prefer that you have great patience and the ability to be personal while acting professionally. Regardless of your age, life situation, and background, you could be the assistant we are looking for.

We hope that you:

• have a genuine interest in helping others.
• can understand and be understood in Swedish.
• can work flexible hours - days, evenings, and weekends. Some of our positions also require you to work nights.
• have experience in care and support. (This is a plus, but not a requirement).
