 About the Position

ICA Supermarket Skanör is looking for a full-time position in fresh goods. It is important that you can easily commute to Skanör. The store's opening hours are 07:00-23:00 every day of the week.

You see a future within ICA where your heart and commitment are important to achieve the department's and store's goals. Your daily tasks include product stocking, assortment, profitability, shrinkage, and campaign planning, as well as responsibility for ensuring the daily operations run smoothly. You ensure that the store's end caps and campaigns are well-stocked and that the store is always neat and attractive to customers. You should be flexible and able to work in all departments of the store. You are strong and can handle heavy lifting and work at a fast pace.

You have previous meat knowledge and a great interest in food. You should be able to step up when the store needs, have the ability to see what needs to be done, and most importantly - show your heart and commitment in everything you do.

You will constantly work on developing the departments together with your team to create attractive and selling spaces. To fit this position, you should be able to work at a fast pace and work well both alone and in a group. ICA Supermarket Skanör is also an attractive store in the summer with many tourists and high turnover, so we see that you are flexible and can step up a little extra when needed!

Attributes and Qualifications

We are looking for someone who is interested in new challenges, enjoys working in a team, and has a good and positive customer service attitude. You are active and stress-resistant and always ensure that the store's customers leave the department and the store satisfied. You have a passion for and see a future in grocery retail and are driven by new challenges! As a person, you are organized and efficient, a positive team player, which is important as we work with good collaboration between departments.

You are good at working efficiently and personally. You are confident in yourself and are a good communicator. You have previous documented experience from ICA or another grocery store. You see your near future in retail. You are meticulous and reliable. You have good physical condition and are driven by sales and customer satisfaction. Since the store has high turnover and needs, especially during the summer, you have no problem being flexible when the store requires it.

Meritorious

Previously worked with fresh goods and have meat knowledge.

Previous experience from grocery retail.

Employment

The position is full-time, every other weekend. You should be able to start at 5:00-6:00 in Skanör.

The store's opening hours are 07:00-23:00 every day.

Probationary employment.

Salary according to agreement.
