We are now looking for a Service Manager with key responsibility to lead the service operations, develop working methods, and ensure high quality, profitability, and customer experience.

About the role As Service Manager, you will have overall responsibility for the service operations and be a central part of driving it forward. You will lead and coach the team, ensure efficient processes, and develop the operations in line with Hedbergs Bil's high quality standards.

You will be responsible for:

  • Managing the daily operations and development of the service workshop, in close collaboration with the workshop manager.
  • Coaching, motivating, and developing employees to achieve common goals.
  • Driving improvements in routines, processes, and customer flows.
  • Ensuring customer satisfaction and quality in delivery.
  • Monitoring KPIs (e.g., invoicing, efficiency, productivity) and translating insights into actions.
  • Collaborating closely with other parts of the organization.

Your profile You have leadership experience in service, workshop, or a similar industry and thrive in a role where you combine operational daily tasks with development work. Experience in a supervisory role as a service manager, workshop manager, or team leader is an advantage.

We are looking for someone who has:

  • Documented leadership experience, preferably in the automotive industry or a related field.
  • The ability to drive change and improvement work.
  • A good understanding of service processes and customer flows.
  • A communicative, structured, and results-oriented personality.
