Are you passionate about business development, digital commerce, and want to grow with one of the most dynamic e-commerce companies in doors and windows? We are now looking for an engaged Commercial Lead who wants to lead sales and create growth for the segment at Hemfint.

As Commercial Lead, you will be responsible for driving and developing the online sales of doors and windows. You will work strategically with business development and project management while staying close to the daily operational activities. You will be a key person between business strategy and marketing, leading campaigns and planning product launches.

Responsibilities:

• Be responsible for sales targets and profitability for the doors & windows category
• Develop and implement commercial strategies in digital channels
• Analyze sales data and market trends for business decisions
• Collaborate with customer service to optimize the customer experience
• Identify new business opportunities and partnerships

We prefer that you have:

• A background in economics or equivalent experience
• Documented experience in business development and sales, preferably within e-commerce or the building materials segment
• Good understanding of digital analysis and business strategy
• Be an independent leader with strong drive and good collaboration skills
• Communicate fluently in Swedish and English

The position is permanent with an initial probationary period and is based at our office in Kristianstad. Start date immediately or as agreed.
