IT Technicians Wanted for Government Agency in Norrköping

We are now looking for 2 experienced IT technicians for a government agency in Norrköping. The role involves strengthening the team in managing PCs and laptops, where you will be an important part of the work to operate, manage, and develop the agency's IT workplace environment.

• Scope: 100% (full-time), on-site in Norrköping
• Start: As soon as possible
• End date: 2027-01-31
• Option: Extension until 2028-06-27
• Competence level: Level 3 (4–8 years of experience, independent, can lead a sub-area)

Job Responsibilities

As an IT technician, you will work in line and be responsible for ensuring a stable and modern management environment for PCs and laptops. You will have a broad and varied role with significant responsibility for both operations, development, and troubleshooting.

Examples of job tasks:

• Packaging and distribution of software
• Creation and modification of GPO
• Client and server patching
• Operating system upgrades
• Management of PCs and laptops
• Prerequisites for installations
• Monitoring, troubleshooting, and problem-solving

Your Profile and Qualifications

We are looking for someone with high generalist competence in the IT workplace and experience working with management tools for PCs and laptops.

Requirements:

• At least 4 years of experience in IT
• Good experience with PCs and laptops, both hardware and software
• Experience with management tools for client environments
• Knowledge of GPO management
• Good knowledge of Windows operating systems and networks
• Experience in teamwork and documentation
• Swedish citizenship

Meritorious:

• Certification in Microsoft Configuration Manager
• Understanding of network configuration and IT security
