Job Description

Randstad Life Sciences is now looking for a consultant with specialist expertise in cleanrooms for an exciting assignment with our pharmaceutical client in Uppsala. The assignment is planned to start immediately, is located in Uppsala, and is expected to be on-site full-time.

As a cleanroom specialist, you will act as an expert in microbiology and be involved in all site decisions that affect the cleanroom or product. This is a very exciting opportunity for an experienced microbiologist, so do not hesitate to apply as selection is ongoing.

Responsibilities

• Act as a technical expert in microbiology regarding decisions that may affect the cleanroom or product.
• Perform hygienic design of production lines as well as new projects and instruments being purchased.
• Develop sampling strategies, conduct annual evaluations of these, and compile quarterly and annual reports.
• Trend clean media and write annual reports.
• Assess, investigate, create deviations, and manage CAPA.
• Participate in inspections and audits and present environmental monitoring.

Qualifications

• Academic education (Bsc/Msc/PhD) in microbiology, biotechnology, or a related field.
• Several years of experience working in a cleanroom environment, preferably within the pharmaceutical or biotechnology industry.
• In-depth knowledge of GMP regulations and microbiological testing methods as well as regulations governing cleanrooms and processes.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail in work.
• Ability to work both independently and in teams, as well as good communication skills.
• Fluency in Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
