We are looking for a self-driven and technically skilled Marketing Automation Specialist for a temporary position with our client based in Stockholm. The assignment starts immediately and runs until December 31, 2026, and is conducted full-time on-site with the client (possibility to work from home 1 day/week).

About the role: In the role of Marketing Automation Specialist, you will be a key player in an agile CRM team. You will be responsible for planning, developing, executing, and following up on customer dialogues and CRM campaigns. The role requires independence, technical competence, and a data-driven mindset. You will work closely with both marketing and analytics.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Planning, developing, programming, managing, and following up on targeted campaigns and customer dialogues
  • Optimizing dialogues to ensure the highest possible relevance for the target audience and level of personalization
  • Setting up automated and trigger-based customer dialogues
  • Initiating and ensuring that relevant tests, e.g., A/B tests, are conducted and followed up
  • Orchestrating customer communication to make it as effective and relevant as possible
  • Following up on marketing activities within defined areas and suggesting changes to better achieve established KPIs
  • Engaging with stakeholders regarding their communication from brief, scenarios, to follow-up and reporting results

About you: We are looking for someone with solid experience in marketing automation and CRM, preferably from larger organizations or complex campaign environments. You are analytical, self-driven, and have the ability to combine technology and communication to drive results.

Experience and skills:

  • Several years of experience working in marketing automation and CRM
  • Good knowledge of Bloomreach Engagement or similar platforms
  • Experience working in agile teams and project environments
  • Very good understanding of customer journeys, segmentation, and personalization
  • Experience in follow-up, analysis, and reporting related to campaign work
  • Comfortable communicating with stakeholders at various levels
  • Fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written
