About the role As a Digital Content Specialist, you will be a key player in our marketing team. You will drive our content strategy, create engaging copy and visual material, and ensure that our content strengthens both brand and sales. You will work closely with the Campaign Marketing Manager, Marketing Specialists, and other colleagues to ensure that our message is consistent and impactful across all channels.

Your responsibilities:

  • Develop and lead our content strategy for digital channels
  • Create campaign messages, copy, and material for social media, email, and web
  • Drive and produce content for our social media and be responsible for the publishing plan
  • Ensure that the content is commercial, engaging, and follows our graphic profile
  • Collaborate and produce in projects related to internal communication and employer branding
  • Contribute to ensuring that all marketing activities drive traffic, engagement, and sales

Who are you? We are looking for someone who loves to create content that engages and sells. You are both creative and structured, have an eye for detail, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

We believe you have:

  • Post-secondary education in marketing, communication, or media production
  • At least 2-3 years of experience in digital content work and copywriting, both strategically and operationally
  • Familiarity with CMS systems, social media (Meta Business Suite), and preferably CRM systems (Voyado is a plus)
  • Good knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud
  • Good understanding of digital marketing and campaign work
  • Very good ability to write, plan, and drive projects independently
  • Bonus points if you have experience in internal communication, employer branding, or moving production
