We are now looking for a dedicated nurse for a part-time position who wants to join our wonderful team and continue contributing to patient care at Aleris ASIH Nynäshamn. We are looking for someone who enjoys working independently, takes responsibility, and can collaborate within our multidisciplinary team.
With us, you will be part of an inclusive team where we work together to achieve our common goals. We have fun together and share a great sense of community.
About us
At Aleris ASIH, we work in multidisciplinary teams with doctors, nurses, occupational therapists, dietitians, social workers, nursing assistants, and physiotherapists to provide our patients with the best care. We operate from several geographical locations in Stockholm County. Aleris ASIH is part of Aleris Närsjukvård, which also includes two specialized palliative care departments, Basic Home Care, Rehab Station, and Uppsala Närakut.
Our organization has extensive experience in providing ASIH, and today we have nine different ASIH teams in the southern parts of Stockholm County. We have high competence and a well-established working method, and we run a well-functioning palliative inpatient care unit with 24 beds located at Handens Hospital. Within ASIH, we care for severely ill patients who are treated in their own homes and require advanced care interventions that are otherwise provided in inpatient care. Our goal is to create conditions for the best possible quality of life, regardless of where the patient is cared for. This includes providing the best possible symptom control and relief based on the patient's own wishes and through high availability around the clock.
Everyone in our multidisciplinary team collaborates closely with each other to meet the patients' needs in the best possible way. We work person-centered and use the 6 S's as support in our approach. We are also actively working on the implementation of digitalization in healthcare, such as video visits and message reception for the unit.
At ASIH Nynäshamn, we have an open atmosphere and support each other in our daily work. We work together, even across the boundaries of our ASIH units if the need arises. Our facility is located in the center of coastal Nynäshamn, with easy access to public transport.
