About the position

Personal Service Technician (PST) is a concept for how we work in our workshops with the customer fully in focus. You will take care of the customer all the way from booking an appointment to when the car is ready for pickup. From reception, work planning, service, and repair to returning the car, payment, and finally following up on the visit.

You service and repair with competence and precision, always keeping the customer's best interests in mind. You will have advanced diagnostic and troubleshooting programs as well as experienced workshop coaches to support you. In our modern brand workshop, you will be part of a team of skilled and friendly colleagues where we believe in creating the best for our customers in the form of services that truly facilitate and make it fun to own cars from us. Your role is crucial for our success.

Who are you?

You enjoy providing service, are good at communicating, and thrive on working with people and technology. As a person, you are stress-resistant, flexible, and positive. You are quality-conscious and have good prioritization and administrative skills. We highly value that you are a cooperative person who understands the value of good teamwork. We want you to have a technical education in automotive and an interest in modern technology. The job requires that you have good computer skills and the ability to express yourself well in spoken and written Swedish.

You have several years of professional experience from similar work. We would like you to have good references from successfully managing customers. You also have a valid driver's license with at least category B.

The position is permanent, full-time, located at Bilmånsson in Kristianstad.
