Inside Sales Representative/Appointment Setter at Aspia

Aspia in Stockholm is now looking for a driven Inside Sales Representative who wants to contribute to our continued growth.

About the role

In this role, you will be an important part of our sales team, where your focus will be on booking meetings with potential customers across the country. You will have the opportunity to work with market-leading services in accounting, payroll & HR, tax, and consulting.

We offer a modern and digital work environment where you will closely collaborate with both sales colleagues and other departments. You will receive thorough onboarding and continuous training to develop and succeed in your role.

Your main responsibilities:

  • Prospecting and identifying new business opportunities using digital tools
  • Booking meetings for our account managers
  • Administering and managing prospecting in the CRM system NetSuite
  • Following up on incoming inquiries from customers
  • Responsible for the entire administrative meeting process

Who are you?

We are looking for someone who is a skilled communicator and enjoys building relationships. You are results-oriented, structured, and motivated by working towards clear goals.

We would like you to have:

  • At least 1-2 years of experience in tele-sales and/or appointment setting
  • Experience in service sales and digital prospecting is a plus
  • Experience working in CRM systems
  • A curious and relationship-building personality
  • The ability to work independently and drive your own sales process
