We are looking for an experienced IT support technician for 2nd line support with both PC and Mac skills. The role involves supporting internal colleagues as well as external 1st line support, documenting procedures, and contributing to the development of the service desk.

As a support technician, you will among other things:

• Support 1st line and internal users, both on-site and via the ticketing system.

• Write and update knowledge articles, procedures, and instructions.

• Participate in incident coordination and account management.

• Support the walk-in desk at the Gothenburg office and, if necessary, other local offices.

• Contribute to the development and improvement of processes within the service desk.

Must-haves:

• Several years of experience in IT support in 1st and 2nd line.

• ITIL Foundation certification.

• Knowledge of Windows 11, Intune, and Azure.

• Experience in PC and Mac environments (Mac skills are especially important).

• Knowledge of Android and iPhone.

• Very good Swedish in speech and writing.

• Experience in documenting pedagogically (knowledge articles, procedures, instructions).

• Experience working in a ticketing system, preferably ServiceNow.

• Experience in ordering and incident management.

Meritorious:

• Experience from public sector with IT management and IT security.

• Full-time consultancy assignment starting October 26, 2025 to October 25, 2026, with the possibility of extension.

• Location: Gothenburg (travel to other local offices may occur, travel costs will be reimbursed by the client).

• Working hours: 8 AM to 5 PM.

• You will be employed by us and rented out to the client.
