We are now looking for a Business Manager in the Defense Sector who wants to build long-term customer relationships and lead strategic collaborations with some of the country's largest players. You will play a key role in developing the business, creating high-level networks, and contributing to strengthening the organization's position within the defense industry.

Responsibilities

Build and develop relationships with decision-makers and key individuals within the defense sector

Drive the entire business process – from identifying opportunities to negotiation and closure

Coordinate internal teams and experts to deliver the best possible solutions

Participate in strategic initiatives and development plans for existing and new customers

Present business cases and value propositions to management teams

Your Profile

Documented experience in business development or sales within the defense or technology industry

Established network within the Swedish defense industry

Good knowledge of the public defense sector and its structures

Experience with complex deals and consultative selling

Experience from larger consulting firms is an advantage

Background from companies that have successfully sold solutions or services to the defense sector is a strong asset

Master's degree in a relevant field

Strong communication skills and comfortable presenting to management teams

Structured, business-driven, and relationship-building with the ability to build trust at all levels

Swedish citizenship and fluent in Swedish, both spoken and written
