We are looking for an experienced logistics administrator for a consulting assignment in Stockholm. The assignment involves working on-site in the warehouse operations where you will play a vital role in ensuring that spare parts and materials are handled in a structured and reliable manner. You will be part of a team responsible for inventory, orders, deliveries, and stocktaking.

• Manage incoming and outgoing orders to the warehouse

• Conduct warehouse transfers and registrations in Agresso or equivalent systems

• Handle invoices and financial flows related to warehouse operations

• Receive and support managers regarding spare parts and materials

• Participate in annual stocktaking, both physically and system-wise

Must-have:

• At least 5 years of experience in administrative work within logistics, where you have managed customers and suppliers

• At least 5 years of experience in warehouse work

• Experience from at least 5 previous assignments where you have worked on developing routines, regulations, and processes for warehouse operations

Meritorious:

• Possess a forklift license

• At least 3 years of experience working in Agresso or a comparable warehouse system

This is a consulting assignment where you will be employed by us and rented out to our client.

• End: 2026-12-01, with the possibility of extension

• Scope: Full-time, 39 hours/week
