We are looking for a caring and experienced nursing assistant with a warm heart and a genuine commitment to people. At Aleo Care, you will have a meaningful job during the day where you not only make a difference for our customers but also contribute to structure and security for both customers and colleagues.

In this role, the daily care work in home care is combined with a special responsibility for our cars and security alarms.

As a nursing assistant in home care, you play a central role in our customers' lives. Your tasks vary based on each individual's needs, but may include:

• Personal care – assistance with hygiene, dressing and undressing, and meals.
• Social support and conversation – providing security, companionship, and joy in everyday life.
• Practical tasks – such as shopping, cleaning, and laundry.
• Documentation – carefully documenting care efforts according to decisions and implementation plans.

In addition, you will have extended responsibilities:

• Car responsibility – ensuring that the home care cars are clean, fueled, serviced, and ready for use.
• Security alarms – being responsible for the management and follow-up of security alarms, including ensuring that the alarms work, following up on actions, and assisting colleagues in alarm-related work.

We are looking for someone who shares our view that care is done with the heart – and who also wants to contribute to structure and safety in the team. To succeed in the role, we would like you to have:

• Nursing assistant education – you have a recognized education and preferably previous experience in home care.
• Fluent in Swedish – you speak and write fluent Swedish and have a good ability to document according to current routines.
• Driver's license B – you are a safe and experienced driver, which is required in our work with customers.
• Sense of responsibility – you have the ability to see the whole picture, plan your work, and take initiative.
• Empathetic and communicative ability – you meet both customers and colleagues with respect, attentiveness, and care.
• Flexibility – you easily adapt to changes and new situations in daily work.

Working hours: Monday – Friday (07:15-15:30) Employment rate: 80% Employment: permanent, with a 6-month probation period. Location: you will start from our office in Täby Kyrkby and work within Vallentuna municipality.
