We are looking for an experienced IT specialist for a short-term project focused on replacing the printing environment in a Microsoft environment. You will be employed by us as a consultant and rented out to the client, and you will drive the project from planning to implementation. The project involves approximately 10 printers across five offices and will run until at least February 1, 2026.

As a consultant, you will report to the department manager and the responsible product owner at the client, and have a leading role in the exchange and installation of new printers as well as the decommissioning of old environments.

Responsibilities

• Investigate various printing solutions and develop alternatives that meet the client's needs (Ricoh products).

• Install and configure print servers/print services and printers.

• Decommission existing printing environments and outdated printers.

• Plan and coordinate the installation of new printers at five offices.

• Document routines and processes at the end of the project.

• Maintain contact with external suppliers.

• Travel to local offices as needed.

Qualifications

Mandatory requirements:

• Documented experience with similar projects involving the replacement of printing environments.

• Knowledge of secure printing in a Microsoft environment.

• Experience with Windows 11 as well as PC and Mac environments.

• Technical competence in hardware, installation, and configuration of printers.

• Knowledge of IT security issues related to the assignment.

• Project management skills and experience in structured, driven work.

• Good communication skills, responsiveness, and teamwork ability.

Terms

• Consulting assignment: you will be employed by us and rented out to the client.

• Assignment period: October 20, 2025 – at the latest February 1, 2026.

• Scope: 40 hours/week.

• Workplace: office in Sweden (travel to various local offices may occur).
