Are you a skilled IT technician who is driven, good at troubleshooting programs and systems, and has strong communication skills? Are you curious and want to continuously develop in your field? We are currently looking for someone who works with second line support in IT, has done so for a couple of years, and wants to work on an exciting assignment at a foundation in central Stockholm.

Your Profile

We are looking for someone with a great technical interest, driven by working with new technology and keeping up with industry developments. You thrive in a broad role where you are part of a team, but at the same time, you are skilled at independently providing professional IT support to users. You are a positive and unpretentious person who contributes to a good work environment and a strong team spirit. You enjoy delivering good service, have a curious personality, and want to continue to develop. You are motivated by new challenges and take your own initiatives. In your work as a consultant, great importance is placed on being able to collaborate with others constructively and to deliver on time.

We are looking for someone with experience working in Microsoft Exchange 365 and good knowledge of infrastructure and Windows clients. You have solid experience working as a second line support technician in the IT field. We prefer that this experience has been gained in recent years.

For the role, it is required that you have worked max three years (1-3 years) with the following:

- Systematic troubleshooting

- Work in ticket management systems

- End-user support

- Microsoft environment

- AD

You have at least a high school diploma and preferably a good technical education thereafter. The position also requires that you speak and write fluently in Swedish and English.

The position is a permanent full-time position.
