About the role

We are now looking for an engaged IT Support Technician who wants to be part of a team that ensures users receive the best possible support and service.

In this role, you will be the first point of contact for IT-related questions and incidents via phone, email, portal, and chat. You will not only solve problems but also guide users, contribute to improved processes, and help develop the team's working methods.

The work is scheduled and includes both weekdays and weekends.

Responsibilities

  • Provide IT support via phone, email, portal, and chat.
  • Troubleshoot, resolve incidents, and guide users.
  • Work proactively on improving routines and processes.
  • Collaborate with colleagues in a constantly evolving team.

Your profile

We are looking for someone with a technical education from a college or university, or equivalent experience, who is passionate about helping users with their IT-related questions.

You are communicative, meticulous, solution-oriented, and enjoy providing service in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in user support, customer service, or IT support (required).
  • Experience in retail is a plus.
  • Experience with ServiceNow or similar ticketing systems.
  • Strong user focus and good communication skills.
  • Very good knowledge of both Swedish and English.

Location: Stockholm Scope: 100% Period: September 29 – November 30, 2025 Working hours: Scheduled, weekdays and weekends
