About the position & who we are looking for

We are looking for someone who wants to work in a workplace where no day is the same and where personal development is a focus from day one. At Small Animal Veterinarian Örebro, we specialize in emergency surgeries, which means a wide variety of patients and challenging cases to handle every day.

To strengthen our team further, we are now looking for a veterinarian with surgical experience. The role involves close collaboration with experienced colleagues and includes both outpatient work and surgical procedures, primarily in emergency surgery.

We would like you to have a few years of surgical experience and thrive in an environment where quick decisions and good clinical skills are important. If you have a particular interest in emergency and soft tissue surgery, that is a plus.

As a person, you possess good teamwork skills and a solution-focused approach to work. Swedish is not a requirement, but good knowledge of English, both spoken and written, is necessary.

About the clinic

Small Animal Veterinarian Örebro is a small clinic that opened in the spring of 2020, specializing in emergency surgeries for small animals. The clinic is run by veterinarian and clinic manager Loay, who previously also ran the emergency clinic in Kumla. The clinic has two other licensed veterinarians and four animal caregivers at different levels. The clinic is open from 8 AM to 5 PM every day and is also open for emergency surgeries around the clock. We offer all kinds of soft tissue surgeries, such as cesarean sections, pyometra, urinary stones, corop al, and gastric torsion.

With a wide range of services, the clinic is well-equipped and consists of digital and dental X-ray, lab, operating room, dental room, ultrasound, five examination rooms, and also laser. Get to know us better on our website.
