The Team

You will belong to the support department and be part of our First Line, which daily handles activities within a number of different areas of the programs we provide to deliver the best possible service to our users. First Line is responsible for managing incoming cases, solving some of them directly, and forwarding those that cannot be handled to the appropriate part of the organization.

Support Staff for First Line

Responsibilities

• Manage incoming cases via phone, email, remote control tools, and our case management system TOPdesk.
• Support customers in service market, car sales, and finance in their system usage.
• Resolve cases directly in First Line or forward them to Second Line or other teams.
• Work with technical support related to printers, networks, and VPN tunnels.
• Participate in projects, customer installations, and training as needed.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service via phone or other channels.
• Documented problem-solving ability with a focus on practical and sustainable solutions.
• Attention to detail and structure in work execution and documentation.
• Experience with technology and technical functions as well as an understanding of servers, printers, and file transfers.
• Excellent communication skills and good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
• Good knowledge of O365 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and experience with relevant support systems.

Desirable

• Experience in the automotive industry and its processes.
• Experience in project work or participation in projects.
• Ability to contribute ideas for improving work methods, processes, and customer experiences.

Personal Characteristics
