Become a key player in our warranty hub! We are looking for another colleague to join our warranty hub, an initiative where we gather expertise, experience, and collaboration to create an even more efficient and unified handling of warranties. This is a natural next step in the development of our service organization, where you will have the chance to influence, contribute, and grow.

Responsibilities As a Warranty Administrator in the warranty hub, you will no longer be tied to a specific facility but will handle cases from various parts of the business. Together with the team, you will be responsible for ensuring that the general agents' warranty rules are followed, that cases are handled correctly, and that compensations from general agents are paid out according to process.

Key competencies/abilities 

• High school education in Automotive Technology or equivalent vocational training
• Several years of experience in service and sales-oriented tasks, where you have demonstrated good social skills and delivery towards customers
• Good computer and phone skills
• Strong sense of service and the attitude to find the best solutions for your customers
• Goal-oriented and results-driven with a high level of motivation
• Valid driver's license (B)
