About the Role

We are on an exciting journey where our data management will be a key to driving the business forward. With many different systems and data sources in place, we now want to create uniformity and unlock the potential in our data to better drive the business forward. Therefore, we are looking for a data leader who can combine technical expertise with strategic thinking, and who wants to help build structure from the ground up in a culture that is fast-moving, unpretentious, and full of opportunities.

In this role, you will be instrumental in building a sustainable data structure and transforming the company's data into a strategic asset. You will enter a Microsoft-oriented environment and be responsible for building, optimizing, and developing our data management from the ground up. This includes creating integrations, building pipelines, and structuring data in a Microsoft environment (Azure, Power BI). The role combines hands-on technical work with a more strategic dimension, where you will have influence over how we work with data going forward.

Who are you?

We are looking for a data-driven expert with a strong technical foundation and a breadth that allows you to take overall responsibility for our data management. With us, you will combine hands-on technical work with a strategic perspective – where you both build, optimize, and structure data flows while driving development projects forward.

You have worked with Power BI on a larger scale and can demonstrate clear results from previous projects. Your experience also includes Microsoft's data platform (Azure, SQL), integrations, and data modeling, preferably with some knowledge of C# for business logic and data transformation. We would like you to have experience with data warehouses and Data Warehouse solutions and be used to leading dialogues with various stakeholders and translating needs into practical solutions.

It is a merit if you have experience with Unit4 or Hypergene, or if you have previously worked with process optimization. Experience in the real estate industry is not a requirement – more important is that you are familiar with complex system environments and feel confident taking ownership of our data and developing its full potential.
