About the unit

You will be part of the logistics group consisting of four employees based in Blåsut. Together, you are responsible for ordering, receiving, and managing spare parts and materials used in the organization’s operations. The group is small and cohesive, making collaboration, commitment, and flexibility particularly important.

Your tasks

• Manage incoming and outgoing orders from the warehouse.

• Register warehouse transfers and invoices in the Agresso system.

• Assist in receiving spare parts and materials.

• Participate in annual inventory – both practically in the warehouse and administratively.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of experience in administrative work.

• At least 5 years of experience in warehouse work.

• Solid experience in developing routines/rules and processes for warehouse operations.

• Good language skills in Swedish – both spoken and written.

Meritorious

• Forklift license

• At least 3 years of experience with Agresso or similar business systems.
