We are now looking for an experienced and dedicated Service Technician for Alarm and Access Control Systems to Axlås Solidlås – one of Sweden's most established security companies with over 100 years of experience in the industry.

As a Service Technician with us, you will help ensure that our customers' security systems function as they should – both technically and practically. You will work with service, troubleshooting, minor installations, and follow-up at the customer's site. The position is varied and offers a mix of problem-solving, technology, and customer contact.

• Service, troubleshooting, and maintenance of alarm and access control systems

• Commissioning and optimization of existing installations

• Customer contact and advice on technical solutions

• Documentation and reporting

• Preventive maintenance and support

We are looking for someone who:

• Has at least 5 years of experience in security technology with a focus on service and troubleshooting

• Has experience with one or more of the following systems:

  • ARX

  • RCO

  • Aptus

  • Galaxy

  • RCO Mega

  • Alarm in ARX

• Is solution-oriented, curious, and technically interested

• Has a right attitude where you dare to test and learn – even if you don't know everything from the start

• Works structured but enjoys variety in tasks
