Team Leader (Additional Role)
Do you want to take greater responsibility in daily operations while continuing to work operationally? We are now looking for a team leader who wants to lead, support, and develop the work within the group.
About the Role
As a Team Leader, you are responsible for planning, prioritizing, and distributing the daily work within the team to ensure the business meets its goals. You act as a link between the group, your direct manager, and other departments, while remaining part of the operational activities.
This role is an addition to your current position, with the workload distributed approximately as follows:
- 80% operational work in production
- 20% administrative and coordinating tasks
Your Responsibilities
- Plan, prioritize, and distribute the daily work within the group
- Monitor the work plan and handle simpler operational issues
- Inform your direct manager of deviations or challenges in operations
- Collaborate and communicate with other departments
- Handle incoming inquiries via the shared mailbox
- Answer questions regarding orders and deliveries handled in Västerhaninge
- Ensure that routines are followed and that the correct products are delivered to the correct customers
- Contribute to developing and improving methods, processes, and routines
- Participate in improvement work together with other team leaders and departments
- Drive smaller improvement initiatives within your own area of responsibility
- Responsible for shift handovers and ensuring important information is passed on
- Introduce and mentor new employees
Qualifications
- Upper secondary education or vocational training (KY/YH) within logistics
- Good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written
