We are now opening the door for a driven and responsible person who wants to grow with us at Mobello. We are not just looking for a warehouse worker; we are looking for someone who wants to be the hub of our logistics chain and be part of an exciting journey!

In our premises in Arenastaden, Solna, our warehouse is located right next to the head office. This is the heart of our operations where we manage the flow to our 11 stores and web shop. We are looking for someone who not only wants a job but wants to take genuine ownership of our warehouse. Here, you will have great trust to manage your own day and ensure that everything runs smoothly.

The position is initially about 55% (3 days a week), but for the right person, there are good opportunities to grow in the role and for the scope to be increased over time. We would like you to be flexible and ready to step up when the business requires it, for example, during large deliveries. During peak seasons, such as summer (June–August) and the Christmas period, the need in the warehouse increases, and the position will then be ramped up to nearly 100%.

The role involves a lot of responsibility where you will drive the daily warehouse operations independently, in close collaboration with our warehouse manager. We see you as a future pillar of our warehouse. When our warehouse manager is away, you will be the face of the warehouse and ensure that our stores receive what they need on time.

Responsibilities

In the role of warehouse worker with us, you will be working with and responsible for:

• Packing weekly deliveries to our stores
• Packing and handling web orders
• Responding to customer service messages
• Receiving, unpacking, and logging incoming deliveries
• Inventorying the warehouse and supporting the stores during inventory
• Organizing, optimizing, and maintaining order in the warehouse
• Being the warehouse manager's right hand and taking full responsibility for operations in their absence

Your qualities

We are looking for someone who is meticulous, structured, and enjoys working in a fast-paced environment. As a person, you are positive, open, and social; you spread good energy and appreciate the community we have in the office and warehouse. You are self-driven and take responsibility for your work while also valuing collaboration and clear working methods. You are a “doer” who sees what needs to be done before anyone else does. Your flexibility is one of your greatest assets, and you view working more positively as we grow and needs increase.

You have an eye for order and cleanliness and enjoy cleaning, sorting, and organizing. For you, it is important that things are done correctly, and you take pride in leaving a well-organized warehouse behind. When problems arise, you are solution-oriented and like to take your own initiatives. You also have a good sense of customer service and can express yourself well in writing.

Our warehouse and office are located in Arenastaden, near Mall of Scandinavia, where we also have one of our stores. Requirements & merits

A forklift license is not needed; our warehouse is small and work is done on foot with a picking cart.

A driver's license is a merit but not a requirement as deliveries are handled by an external transport company.

Previous experience in warehouse work is a merit but not a requirement!
