We are now looking for a committed and technically skilled Warehouse Manager who wants to take the next step in their career and manage our warehouse flow in Norsborg.

About the Position

As Warehouse Manager, you will have overall responsibility for ensuring that the daily operations in the warehouse run optimally. The role involves a combination of physical work, staff management, and administrative tasks in our digital systems. You will ensure that the right product reaches the right customer at the right time and with the highest quality.

Your Responsibilities:

• Staff Management: Lead and distribute work for warehouse staff (order pickers).
• Digital Warehouse Management: Responsible for registration, incoming and outgoing deliveries, and inventory balances in our business system (ASK).
• Quality Control: Careful inspection of perishables upon arrival and departure according to applicable food standards.
• Administration: Handling of shipping documents, delivery notes, and ongoing reporting via computer.
• Optimization: Develop and improve warehouse structure and picking routines for increased efficiency.
• Safety: Ensure that hygiene regulations and safety guidelines are strictly followed.

Qualifications:

• Experience: At least 2 years of experience in warehouse work, preferably within food or perishables.
• Leadership: Documented ability to lead staff or coordinate workflows.
• Computer Skills: Very good experience in working with computers. Experience with warehouse management systems (ASK).
• Languages: Swedish, Chinese, Mongolian.
• Personal Qualities: You are solution-oriented, stress-resistant, and have an eye for detail.
