As a nursing assistant at Björkgården, you provide individualized care, support, and service to our residents based on their wishes and needs. The work is carried out in accordance with assistance decisions and our common routines, with a strong focus on quality, safety, and respect for each person's autonomy. Your approach plays a significant role in ensuring that our residents feel seen and involved every day. Examples of tasks for you as a nursing assistant 

Provide care and support based on the resident's needs Assist with personal hygiene, dressing, and meals Respond to alarms and contribute to a safe environment Participate in social activities, conversations, walks, and outings Perform delegated health and medical tasks from licensed personnel Document according to applicable routines Who are we looking for for the nursing assistant position? We are looking for someone who is attentive, responsible, and has a genuine interest in working with the elderly. You have good empathetic skills, create natural security in new situations, and find it easy to collaborate - while also taking your own initiatives independently. Certificate from the National Board of Health and Welfare as a nursing assistant Good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written Experience in elderly care/dementia is an advantage  Job Description The position is part-time at 80% and starts with a six-month probationary period. Of course, we have collective agreements and actively work with work environment and well-being. Tystberga is located just outside Nyköping, and it is advantageous to have a B driver's license and access to a car.
