About the role:

As a Project Buyer, you will be a central part of the investment projects from startup to final negotiations. You will drive purchasing strategies, create tender documents, manage contracts, and ensure that quality and business benefits go hand in hand.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Independently lead the purchasing part of investment projects

• Establish and manage tender documents, contracts, and procurement documents

• Build networks and keep track of the supplier market in electrical, automation, and mechanics

• Contribute to market dialogues, RFIs, and competitive procurements

• Negotiate and achieve the best results with a focus on both quality and savings 

• Be the link between projects, suppliers, and legal – ensuring that the entire chain holds together.

Who are you?

We are looking for someone who has:

• At least 5 years of experience in project purchasing within contracting

• Experience in investment projects and procurement processes within electrical/automation and mechanics

• Good knowledge of contracting law and contract forms such as AB/ABT (preferably also ABA)

• Relevant academic education in engineering, law, or economics

• Experience in private procurement and a strong business sense

• Scope: Full-time 100%

• Duration of assignment: September 30, 2025 – September 30, 2026 (with the possibility of a 1-year extension)
