Do you want to drive investments and procurement processes that contribute to a more sustainable future? We are now looking for an experienced Project Buyer who wants to take responsibility in complex projects and be a key person in the procurement process.

About the role:

As a Project Buyer, you will be a central part of the investment projects from initiation to final negotiation. You will drive purchasing strategies, create tender documents, manage contracts, and ensure that quality and business benefits go hand in hand.

You will, among other things:

• Independently lead the purchasing part of investment projects

• Establish and manage tender documents, contracts, and procurement documents

• Build networks and keep track of the supplier market in electrical, automation, and mechanical fields

• Contribute to market dialogues, RFIs, and competitive procurements

• Negotiate and achieve the best results with a focus on both quality and savings 

• Be the link between projects, suppliers, and legal – ensuring the entire chain holds together.

Who are you?

We are looking for someone who has:

• At least 5 years of experience in project purchasing within construction

• Experience in investment projects and procurement processes in electrical/automation and mechanical fields

• Good knowledge of construction law and contract forms such as AB/ABT (preferably also ABA)

• Relevant academic education in engineering, law, or economics

• Experience in private procurement and a strong business sense
