Noga Omsorg is now looking for an engaged coordinator to join our team in Täby.

Responsibilities for the Coordinator role in Täby

As a coordinator in home care, you play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of the service. You are responsible for the daily planning of home care services, staffing, scheduling, communication with case managers, clients, employees, and other professionals, among others.

You work closely with the operations manager and colleagues to ensure safe, secure, and high-quality care for our clients.

Qualifications for the Coordinator position

To be successful in this role, you need the following qualifications:

• You need to have completed secondary education. At least 36 months of continuous full-time practical experience as a supervisor in elderly care and/or for people with disabilities based on the Social Services Act. • In-depth knowledge of applicable laws, regulations, directives, and general advice. • Documented experience in administration and computer skills.
• Proficiency in the Swedish language, both spoken and written. This means knowledge of Swedish corresponding to at least level C1-C2 according to the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages (CEFR).
• Ability to work in Excel. Knowledge of Epsilon, Phoniro, and Quinyx is an advantage.
• Class B driver's license
