Does this description fit you? 

We are looking for a licensed nurse with professional experience and an interest in elderly care. As a person, you are responsible, independent, and humble with the ability to prioritize. You enjoy guiding and delegating nursing staff in health and medical tasks and are motivated to create high-quality care for those living with us together with your colleagues.

In our accommodations, you will have a varied job where you work long-term with health plans to increase the quality of life for the residents, but you are also the one making assessments and decisions about actions in acute situations. Your responsibilities also include providing good palliative care. The transition to Close Care means that more and more healthcare interventions at a specialized level take place in the accommodation. This gives you a variety of stimulating and developing tasks. The work is independent while you have access to many competent colleagues in our nursing networks.
