What does it mean to be a nurse with us?

The shifts are scheduled from 16:00 to 02:00 with on-call duty until 08:00.

You will work from home and be responsible for health and medical care at several care and nursing homes. You will perform planned and emergency visits and provide advice over the phone to the staff at the homes. We work with evidence-based decision support.

You are a support for both patients, relatives, and staff.

We provide a company vehicle.

Who are you?

• You live centrally in Gävle or south of Gävle
• You enjoy working independently and having the freedom to shape your workdays

• You are confident in your role as a nurse after at least 2 years and can make quick decisions

• You take initiative, dare to take charge, and can juggle many tasks

• You have a friendly demeanor

• You enjoy taking a leadership role and supporting your colleagues

• You are used to structuring and organizing your work

• You want to make a difference for our elderly and are always friendly in your approach

• You are a good driver

• You are comfortable working with various medical record systems

A driver's license and computer skills are required, as well as the ability to express yourself very well in Swedish, both orally and in writing.

Specialist training or experience in emergency care, home healthcare, palliative care, and geriatrics is an advantage.
