To fit in with us, we see that you have the following qualities and qualifications:

• Nursing assistant education – you are trained and experienced in your field.
• Fluent in Swedish – you master Swedish both in speech and writing and have the ability to document in a professional manner.
• Driving license B – you are an experienced driver and can navigate well in traffic to visit our clients in their homes.
• Stress-resistant, responsible, and independent – you handle pressured situations with calm and determination, take responsibility for your tasks, and enjoy working independently, but are happy to collaborate when needed.
• Empathetic, attentive, and communicative – you have a genuine desire to help, understand that each client has their own needs and wishes, and find it easy to communicate and collaborate with both clients and colleagues.
• Flexible and solution-oriented – you are used to working in an environment where no day is the same and have the ability to adapt to clients' needs.
• Thorough and responsible – you have a high quality awareness and take responsibility for your work and results.

As a nursing assistant in home care, you will have a central role in our clients' lives, and your tasks will vary depending on each individual's needs. Here are examples of what you can expect to work with:

• Personal care - help with personal hygiene as well as dressing and undressing.
• Social support and conversation - provide companionship, create security, and give clients the feeling of not being alone.
• Supervision and assistance as needed - be a support in handling various situations, for example during transfers.
• Practical tasks - assist with shopping, meals, and other things that can facilitate the client's daily life.
• Documentation - carefully document the support and care you provide, in accordance with assistance decisions and implementation plans.

Working hours: Monday – Friday. Working time: 07:00 - 14:30. Workplace: You will start from our office in Täby, and we believe that you live nearby to facilitate your commute.

Aleo Omsorg is a family-owned company founded in 2017 that operates in Täby, Vallentuna, Österåker, Vaxholm, and Oxelösund. Currently, we operate in the areas of home care, housing support, and home service.

We strive for as high personnel continuity as possible in our planning. At the office, we have administrative staff who plan employees and clients in several different geographic areas.

We have modern environmentally friendly electric hybrid cars, work clothes, wellness allowances, and work modernly with digital systems for work schedules and client interventions.
