Noga Omsorg is now looking for an engaged coordinator to join our team in Täby.

Responsibilities for the Coordinator in Täby

As a coordinator in home care, you play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of the business. You are responsible for the daily planning of home care services, staffing, scheduling, contact with case managers, customers, employees, and other professionals, among others.

You work closely with the operations manager and employees to ensure safe, secure, and high-quality care for our customers.

Qualifications for the Coordinator Position

To be successful in this role, you need to have the following qualifications:

  • You must have completed a care education at the high school level or another education deemed equivalent. At least 36 months of continuous practical experience as a supervisor full-time in elderly care and/or for people with disabilities based on the Social Services Act. • In-depth knowledge of applicable laws, regulations, directives, and general advice. • Documented experience in administration and computer skills.
  • Proficiency in the Swedish language, both spoken and written. This means knowledge of Swedish corresponding to at least level C1-C2 according to the Council of Europe's language scale (European Council: Common European Framework of Reference for Languages (CEFR)).
  • Ability to work in Excel. It is an advantage if you know Epsilon, Phoniro, and Quinyx.
  • Driver's license B
