About the position as dental nurse and receptionist in Sundsvall

The position involves work both as a dental nurse and receptionist. You will have the opportunity to combine administrative tasks in the reception with clinical work alongside dentists and other colleagues at the clinic. Tasks include patient contact both in person and via phone, appointment scheduling, handling payments, assisting in treatments and sterilization work, as well as other administration related to the clinic's daily operations.

You will become an important part of the team and actively work to ensure high patient safety and good service. The role involves close collaboration with the entire clinic team and places high demands on accuracy and planning ability.

Qualifications and characteristics for dental nurse and receptionist

• Trained dental nurse and preferably experience in reception work within dentistry.
• Good communication skills and a professional, solution-oriented approach.
• Enjoy varied tasks, are flexible, and have an easy time collaborating in a team.
• Used to taking responsibility, are meticulous, and have a structured working method.
• Comfortable in contact with patients of all ages and have a strong commitment to service.
• Good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written, as well as good computer skills.
• Experience with the journal system Muntra is an advantage.
