As an Alarm Technician with us, you will meet our customers in their homes and deliver high-quality security by performing professional installations of new alarm systems and servicing existing facilities.

Right now, we need to strengthen our team with an Alarm Technician in Skåne. The work is home-based with a company vehicle, so you should reside in or around this area.

About the position  The employment begins with training consisting of theoretical and practical components and ends with field training alongside an experienced colleague who acts as a mentor. The training prepares you to independently commission new alarm systems and service existing ones. Your focus will be to provide the customer with first-class protection and security by securing their homes.

This also means that you will go through and train the customer in the use of our alarm system and introduce our apps. The goal is to leave no customer with weak security points. It is important to do everything to provide peace of mind to the customer.

The position is permanent at 100% with a 6-month probationary period.

Who are you? 

• You have a B driver's license
• You are free from remarks in the criminal record, which is of utmost importance as we are a company that delivers security solutions to individuals in their homes
• If you have an interest in technology and sales, that is a plus, but also something you will receive training and coaching on
• You master the Swedish language well in both speech and writing
• You are service-oriented, customer-oriented, goal-oriented, and place great importance on customers' wishes and are keen to fulfill them

So you are a person who enjoys helping people and can meet them in a humble and professional manner. We work with low voltage, which means that you do not need to be a licensed electrician to apply for the position.
